2. Description of the Service
Leadgép is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform providing the following to registered users:
- Embeddable AI chat widget for websites
- AI-based automatic quote generation
- Lead (inquiry) data collection and management
- Quote template creation and editing
- Dashboard for managing conversations, leads, and quotes
3. Registration and Account
Registration is required. You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for account security and password confidentiality. We are not liable for damages arising from unauthorized access.
4. Pricing and Payment
The service is available in free and paid plans. Pricing is shown on the website. For paid plans:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Prices are in Hungarian Forint (HUF) or Euro (EUR) as displayed
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice
- You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
5. User Obligations
You must:
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Inform visitors about data processing when embedding the chat widget
- Ensure lead data handling complies with GDPR and applicable laws
- Not use the service for unlawful purposes, spam, or infringement
6. Provider Obligations
We undertake to:
- Provide the service with industry-standard quality
- Process user data in accordance with data protection laws
- Inform users of outages where possible
- Respond to inquiries within a reasonable time
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for:
- Accuracy of AI-generated quotes — you are responsible for configured prices and parameters
- Unauthorized third-party access to chat data, unless caused by our negligence
- Indirect or consequential damages from use
- Service outages due to force majeure
8. Intellectual Property
Leadgép software, source code, interface, logo, and related materials are our intellectual property. Use does not grant you ownership. Content you create (templates, settings) remains yours.
9. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time, which ends the service
- We may suspend or delete accounts for violation of these terms
- Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
EU/EEA users: Hungarian law applies. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation. Failing that, the courts of Budapest, Hungary have exclusive jurisdiction.
US and other users: These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Budapest, Hungary, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms. Users will be notified by email and/or on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
